- Upon receiving the client's request and a complete set of medical records, Healer Medical Tourism will present the official appointment confirmation details within 7 to 10 working days.
Assisting with Medical Visa Applications
- In accordance with the regulations for Mainland China residents seeking medical care in Taiwan, we submit formal applications to hospitals based on the mandated medical travel and accompaniment policies.
- We facilitate the submission of the 'Application Form for Residents of the Mainland Area to Enter and Exit the Taiwan Area.'
- Furthermore, should the medical treatment schedule require a visa extension, Healer Medical Tourism provides dedicated support to assist clients through the visa extension application process.
Airport Transfer Services
- We provide premium business-class 7-seater vehicles (limited to a maximum of 4 passengers) for ultimate comfort.
- Our package includes one complimentary airport pick-up service in the city where the hospital is located.
- Our package includes one complimentary airport drop-off service in the city where the hospital is located.
- While Healer Medical Tourism can gladly facilitate arrangements for multiple additional transfers, the associated costs will be borne by the client.
- Furthermore, we offer a Taiwan Hotel Booking Facilitation Service (hotel rates will be based on official quotes, and fees are to be covered by the client).
- To ensure flawless execution, all transportation and lodging services must be reserved at least 7 days in advance, and vehicle details will be provided 0.5 working days prior to the scheduled date.
Hospital Round-Trip Transfers
- We arrange premium business-class 7-seater vehicles (limited to a maximum of 4 passengers) to ensure your ultimate comfort.

- Our Medical Secretary Services are exclusively reserved for our registered clients.
- Your dedicated secretary provides comprehensive on-site hospital companionship and medical translation coordination, seamlessly guiding you through complex hospital workflows, queueing for payments, and handling all medical documentation and check-in procedures.
- Arrange medical transportation (costs to be borne by the client).
- The package also includes discharge service support.
- Daily life translation companionship to help you and your family quickly familiarize yourselves with the local hospital environment and public transportation network.
- Furthermore, we can facilitate local housing rentals and coordinate personalized travel itineraries, with all associated costs covered by the client.
- Medical Secretary Services are provided on a monthly basis.
- To ensure seamless execution, this service must be reserved at least 7 days in advance, and your dedicated personnel's profile and contact information will be dispatched 1 working day prior to the scheduled start date.
Clinical Nurse Coordination
- Our Nursing Coordination Services are available by appointment and are structured on a 4-hour-per-session basis.
- Your dedicated nursing coordinator provides professional on-site hospital companionship and medical translation coordination, guiding you through complex clinical workflows, queuing for fee payments, and handling hospital administrative procedures.
- Upon request, we can gladly assist in arranging private transportation, with all associated travel fees borne by the client.
- To ensure flawless execution, this professional service must be reserved at least 7 days in advance, and your assigned coordinator's profile and contact information will be provided 1 working day prior to the scheduled appointment date.

Online Consultation
Healer Medical Tourism guarantees to present the official appointment confirmation details within 7 to 10 working days upon receiving the client's request and a complete set of medical records.
Provide Complete Information
Clients should provide the most complete medical data relevant to their clinical condition as possible, including medical certificates and diagnostic reports.
If sending documents via mail, please ensure you retain backup copies to prevent any loss of materials; if submitting via electronic methods, please guarantee that all diagnostic images are of high clarity.
Medical Records Translation & Organization
Based on the medical records provided by the client, we conduct meticulous data compilation and initiate scheduling to book elite medical specialists within 3 to 5 working days.
Important Notice
Healer Medical Tourism will obtain official client confirmation prior to collecting any medical records. Following the acceptance of our services, should a client be denied a visa by the destination country’s embassy—thereby rendering them unable to depart for cross-border medical care—the partner institution or the client shall bear the associated costs for Healer’s upfront services. This covers clinical record summarization, medical translation, international mailing, Taiwanese hospital scheduling, and administrative service arrangements, totaling NT$20,000.
